You agree not to use Orchestratia for:

• Abuse, harassment, or sending unsolicited communications
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or building a competing service using our platform

4. Subscription & Payment

Orchestratia offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Orchestratia are owned by Orchestratia or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Orchestratia may integrate with third-party services (AI providers, server infrastructure, payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to our platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orchestratia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchestratia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
