At Orchestratia, we strive to deliver the best AI agent orchestration experience. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund for new users on their first payment. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- Technical malfunctions on our end that prevent you from using the service
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Orchestratia dashboard (Account Settings → Subscription)
- Contacting us at support@orchestratia.com
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
